If you move to a new home, please contact EVconnectNC-support@weavegrid.com to have your address updated on your account. Doing so will ensure you continue to receive the benefits of participating in your EV program(s).
In your email, please include:
- “Address Update” as the subject line
- The email address associated with your WeaveGrid account
- The new address where your home charging will take place
- The new billing account number (if applicable)
- The date you moved
